Common Errors¶
Some emails are not delivered and I don't know why¶
To find tickets with undelivered emails ensure that the filter explained here is created. When you have tickets with undelivered email use this instruction to get more details.
My subscription e-mail is added as a regular follower¶
If the subscription email (for example [email protected]) belongs to a person card in Lime. That person will be related to the system follower used for the auto-replies so it looks like the subscription e-mail is a customer
Solution
Make sure that no person or coworker have the subscription email on it.
